While our warranty offers comprehensive coverage, there are certain exclusions. It does not cover damages or losses resulting from accidents, acts of nature, or earth movement, including wind storms, floods, earthquakes, and more.

Additionally, it does not extend to conditions that do not result in physical damage to the home, appliances, or equipment, as these are typically covered by the manufacturer’s warranties.

Soil erosion or stormwater control systems, normal cracks or movement in construction elements, and certain maintenance items like touch-up painting after the initial two weeks of occupancy are also not covered.

yes, our Limited Warranty is transferable and will automatically transfer if the property is leased, vacated or sold by the original Home Owner. Please note that the warranty coverage will not reset upon transfer.
