Once the design is finalized and city-approved plans are in hand, we progress to permitting, which can take up to 6 weeks, contingent on city regulations. The construction of your new home addition will take approximately 3 months.
Your designated project manager will keep you up to date with daily progress and milestones reached, and will be your main point of responsibility throughout the build phase.

Our warranty for home additions is the same as for new home construction: a 10-year structural warranty that covers framing and foundation, as well as a 2-year limited warranty. Manufacturing defects are not covered under the warranty.
While other contractors may take up to 7 days, our response time for warranty claims is exceptionally quick, typically within 1-2 business days.
